These sessions are designed for those who are wanting to grow themselves, both personally and spiritually. Those wishing to awaken to who they really are and understand and live from the enlightened state. The aim of the sessions is to assist you in getting to know all parts of yourself, the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. The session may range from discussing thoughts, emotions, the nature of reality, psychology, enlightenment, the true self, chakras, auras, meditation, metaphysics, manifesting and a whole array of spiritual concepts. The sessions will take many different forms all in the name of growing your connection to your true self and overcoming obstacles that get in the way of you living your truth. While the sessions are not religious in nature, they may at times incorporate religious ideologies ranging from Zen Buddhism, Christianity, Taoism and New Age. ​ * These sessions are not psychology sessions
