Mindfulness Meditations
These meditations cultivate awareness, ground you in the present moment and help quiet the mind. Through breath, body awareness, and gentle observation, you’ll learn to meet each moment with calm, clarity, and compassion.   • Loving-Kindness Meditation: Loving-Kindness Meditation is a gentle practice that cultivates within the body the vibration of compassion by silently repeating phrases of goodwill toward yourself and others.

  • Mindful Body Scan: This guided meditation gently leads you to bring mindful awareness to each part of your body, from head to toe. By observing physical sensations without judgment, you cultivate deep relaxation, present-moment focus, and a compassionate connection to your body. 

  • Leaves on a Stream: This guided meditation is designed to help you detach from overthinking and find the peace and stillness that remains using the imagery of a gentle stream carrying away your thoughts on drifting leaves.

Spiritual Awakening Meditations
