Practice self-compassion by treating yourself with kindness and understanding, and by letting go of self-judgment and criticism.

Find supportive people who encourage and inspire you can help with awakening to your true self. Seek out friends, family members, or teachers who share your values and beliefs and who support you in your journey of self-discovery.
